Todd Brown: President/Co-Founder
Director of Business Development
Since 1992, Todd has developed a career in
National Account Management and Sales. After graduating from Western Kentucky University with a Business Administration degree, Todd began his employment with
Concepts In Communications where he remained until 2002. Todd’s experience began with responsibilities of Purchasing, Materials Management and Accounts
Payables. The further developed expertise and areas of responsibility grew to that of National Accounts Director. In that role, Todd was accountable to and
responsible for overall sales and management of group activities including administrative personnel and all technicians permanently or temporarily assigned to national
account projects. Milestones under that role include the creation of a corporate profit center for National Account business activities; initiation of ongoing
national account business with expanded an expanded portfolio of offerings, established nationwide rollout capabilities for structured cabling, network integration,
and voice system services.
Todd’s primary roles with USIT are
business development, overall account management, negotiating with vendors or contractors and establishing correct resources for overall attainment of objectives.
Trev Brown: Executive Vice President/Co-Founder
Director of Administration
Prior to assisting in co-founding USIT in 2005,
Trev spent 14 years in the financial services industry working with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta – Nashville and Birmingham branches. Throughout his
tenure with the Federal Reserve, Trev held various leadership positions in both day-to-day operations and project work. Functional areas of responsibility
included Payment Services/Check Collection, Computer Room/Information Technology, Customer Support, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Development, Electronic
Payments, and Book-Entry/Treasury Securities.
Trev’s last assignment with the Federal
Reserve was as the operations officer responsible for Payment Services/Check Collection functions, and Computer Room operations. In this capacity, Trev was
responsible for 24-hour check processing and computer room operations that provided services and support for more than 350 customers. Project work that affected many
functional areas within the Federal Reserve, included hardware and software standardization initiatives that included internal staff training, hardware/software
installations, testing, and customer communication activities.
Trev holds a BBA with a concentration in
Finance from Belmont University. He is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking (Tennessee Banker’s Association) and the Advanced Management Program
(Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill).
Trev’s primary role is to control all
financial aspects of our firm, establish contracts, and administer programs with oversight of process adherence.
